This workshop was the second of two and explored the local environment around Chisenhale Studios, by helping to maintain the Hertford Union Canal and Regents Canal, with the kind support of The Lower Reagents Coalition. The workshop then moved into the education space at Chisenhale Studios where participants had the chance to make canal mobile art that reflects what they saw during the towpath cleaning part of the session. This activity is designed to open up dialogue about consumption, activism, the environment and art rather than just developing artistic skills.
